Christmas was so much fun this year. I think it is because I kept it simple. I didn't go crazy with decorations, yet the house was still christmasy. Adam did the outside with more lights than he's ever done. The kids loved it! We still have yet to take them down. It makes me sad to do it!! Our Christmas tree we cut down ourselves was supposed to be the frugal way to go, but after two trips to Pine Valley, getting stuck in the snow, losing the chain saw and tree stand made it cost more than if we just went down to the local nursery!! O well memories, I guess!! We had a good week of snow , something unheard of in St. George!! It was so funny to go outside and see all the kids in makeshift snow clothes because we don't really own any!! School was canceled for a day because of it. The kids were in heaven!! The girls and I  had a chance to go to Salt Lake and see family we had hadn't seen in years. It was really fun to catch up. We even went to the old neighborhood to show the girls the old house. Again, memories!! Although more fun for me I think!! We stayed up in the hotel and watched movies,  played speed scrabble and went for pedicures the next day.
