For Dallan's birthday, 
we went to eat at Red Robin! Some random pirate was there eating and Meg and Kade just had to have their picture taken with him. While we were eating, the waiters would go to sing happy birthday to someone in the restaurant he would get sad and say "but it's my birthday, too!" Finally they did him at the end and he was so excited! We went home for cake and to open presents. The girls had made him a banner and he had a gigantically huge Superman balloon he had woken up to that morning. He loved every minute of his birthday and didn't want it to end. When we lit the candles on his birthday cake, his wish was "I wish it was my birthday!"
