3 Protein Shakes = 2 Better Focused Kids at School and 1 Happier and less-stressed Mom

To make this happy drink blend a handful of ice with about 3 juicy strawberries (big ones from Costco), a tablespoon of milled flaxseed, a scoop of protein powder, about a cup of milk and 1-2 packets of Truvia.

The only problem? Only 2 of the 5 kids will drink it! Must work on that....

Brinley, what did you eat for school lunch today?

"Cheese pizza, Fries, breadsticks, and a candy bar."
